The Emmy Burger from Emily's Pizzeria was voted one of the BEST burgers in New York. And if you want one, you better get there early, because they only sell 25 per day. I took a stab and making one and I think I did pretty good!

Sauce Recipe: 1/4 cup Gochujang
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbs rice vinegar
2 tbs honey
2 tbs minced garlic
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tbs minced ginger
1 tbs fish sauce
1 1/2 cup mayo.
mix up soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, sesame oil, ginger and fish sauce in a pan. Put on high heat and bring to a boil, then reduce to low. Simmer for about 30 minutes then allow to cool.
Mix Korean wing sauce with mayonnaise in blender until fully combined.
These make life a lot easier!
